Yes we offer returns for exchange or refund.
Free Returns
We have free returns available for Australian and USA customers. You will receive a return label when you process a return request through our returns portal.
For rest of world, return shipping is at your cost through our returns portal. For size and style exchanges we will send your exchanged item to you for free.
Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges on most full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they meet the conditions below:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact
We do not accept returns on Final Sale items or opened Underwear due to hygiene reasons
For Sale items, we offer store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery
Bras are eligible for return or exchange
You’ll receive your refund via your original payment method, or you can opt for store credit.
If you need to return your purchase, we will accept a return of any full-priced item within 30 days of purchase and subject to our returns conditions below.

We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 30 days of purchase.

110% store credit
We offer the option of a 10% bonus store credit with no expiry date for full priced items purchased online within 30 days of purchase. Please note this does not apply to items purchased during a sale period.

Refunds
We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 30 days of purchase. goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Please note we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.
Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
We do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within 14 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refund.
Goods with manufacturing faults after wear need to be reported within 3 months of purchase for repair if possible or replacement. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.
